A Busy Friday

Reagan and I had a busy Friday last week. Our morning routine is get up around 6:00, eat and play while Mommy wakes up a bit. We've started going for a 30 minute run on the days that I have off and by the time we get home, Reagan is ready for her morning nap. While she naps I shower and get ready for the day (and sometimes take a short nap myself!).

Last Friday we had a lot to do so I was glad that Reagan took an early morning nap so we could get going. After a quick stop at Nordstrom's for a return, we met John to meet with a financial planner. I have no idea what the guy told us though because I was busy chasing Reagan around his 8'x8' office.

After our meeting we headed over to John's annual summer company picnic. We were the first ones there so John and I took Reagan on the moonjump and she loved it! I wish I had remembered to bring my camera along to get pictures of her face while we were jumping. Here are some other pictures from the afternoon:

I didn't get to stay long because I was meeting my former roomies to head up to St. Ben's for our 5 year reunion and an outdoor concert. We were going to camp! All were impressed with my itty bitty bag that I packed which I was able to do since I didn't have a sleeping bag. Despite the threatening storms, we still headed north for the concert. After a quick stop at Granite City in St. Cloud, we went over to CSB and were disappointed that the one band we wanted to see had already finished. Oh well. We still enjoyed each other's company and catching up with each other's lives. And we did camp! I'll post the pictures later as proof.
