Reagan loves to paint and it's a special treat for her because we can usually only paint when Dylan's sleeping or strapped into his booster seat. She is very exact in her painting and hates to leave any white space (including her tummy)! This particular painting was a still life of Buzz Lightyear. The big purple blob was his head and the green was his body. The blue spots on either side were his wings. You can see her model on the bottom of the picture. The rest was artistic interpretation of Toy Story.
I decided to give D a try with the paint too. First I tried to get him to finger paint, but he didn't like the feel of the paint. He wanted a paintbrush like his sister.
Not quite as joyous (or messy) as Reagan's first finger paint experience here.
That's the face of a boy who doesn't really want to paint!
