Easter

We celebrated Easter with my mom's extended family on Saturday because my cousin's fiance was home from Iraq and had to begin the 48 hour journey back on Easter morning. We thought it would give us time to sleep in and go to the later mass on Sunday, but Reagan didn't agree. Since she had gotten us up anyway, we went to mass at 9:00 and returned home to have brunch with my parents. After they left we spent the day giving our house a much needed cleaning. It was quite an uneventful day.

The Christmas dress fits a little better now than it did at Christmas time. And for once I don't have to get it dry cleaned after she wore it! The only spit up went on her sweater.

The Easter bunny brought very practical gifts. She got spoons, bowls and a bib for when the doctor gives the go ahead for solid foods, a Peter Rabbit book and a ball. We got her nothing that makes noise. Until my mom and dad showed up with a musical elephant and a mobile for her bed.

In honor of Easter, we took a bath and used her bunny towel.

New trick of the moment: Razzing with her lips. I'm not going to enjoy this trick when she starts eating baby food, but it's cute for right now.
